What?
Barco’s move into its new building known as “The Circle” was a cause for celebration which Act!Events helped make possible.
How?
People were invited to visit the building at 3 different events.
It all started with a family day when about 2,500 staff members and their family were invited to visit The Circle. An original tour of the building and impressive demos amazed everyone. Non-stop catering and animations were provided from morning to evening (for the young and not so young).
A few days later it was time for the official opening in the presence of King Philippe and 160 VIPs. After a press conference and the ‘Ringing of the Bell’ came the official inauguration, followed by a round-table conference with technological titans. The morning ended with a live performance of Ozark Henry and a royal walking lunch.
And finally, Barco partners and customers were also invited over the course of 2 days during an Open House. More than 300 guests were welcomed and discovered Barco’s innovations during various tours, demos and seminars.
Results?
1 event bureau, 1 customer & 3 totally different events, meticulously organised and perfectly directed! Thanks to Act!Events all the guests experienced the full Barco experience.
