What?

Under normal circumstances, Ipsen’s annual cycle meetings are a challenging week full of fun event days. Ipsen wanted the same experience in the online editions. Act Events came up with a unique concept where all participants were in a for a surprise.

How?

We sent a big donation box containing 4 parcels. Every day colleagues were spoilt with delicious and healthy catering, ranging from a ginger shot to home-made ice tea. We also broke up the online meetings with unique workshops, such as Pilates, mindfulness, and online cooking workshops.

Results?

In times when everyone is working from home, colleagues were able to feel like colleagues again and we were able to give positive online and offline surprises to the participants.
