The launch of Lattoflex’s latest innovations and new corporate identity is an important moment for the dealers. Whilst a dealer day traditionally takes place at a classic location for a single day, Act Events was tasked with turning it into something special.
Lattoflex’s existing showroom was transformed into an enormous experiential space to which, over the course of 2 months, small groups of between 10 and 20 dealers could pay a visit. In the showroom we created 5 zones, each with a different design and theme:
Flagship area with an overview of the full range of products
Technical gems & demos
Personalised beds & mattresses
Marketing zone with delicious food & drinks
Museum with iconic beds from the 1950s to today
Every visit started in the ‘Special Message Room’, with each visitor getting on their own bed to watch a personalised introductory video.
By focusing on small groups of dealers, it was possible to work with every group in a personal way and to offer them individual VIP treatment. The huge popularity of our concept and its subsequent extension by no fewer than 4 weeks (to a total of 2 months) undoubtedly speaks volumes.
