What?

Act!events supports Telenet in its search for motivated and talented employees by creating a unique recruitment event.

How?

We created the slogan ‘At Telenet, you determine your own course!’ It shows Telenet’s commitment to offer future employees the choice of deciding their own careers. Based on this slogan, we created a personalised 15 metre high climbing wall, an indoor golf course and a race track over the last few years at Telenet’s Headquarters. During this event, our goal is to give recruiters the chance to observe and assess candidates in a combination of fun and serious activities.

Results?

Every event was worth it. After every edition, Telenet was able to sign several contracts with young potentials who are determining their own course at Telenet.
