Annual speech goes virtual!
What?
Every year, Total Belgium employees look forward to the management’s Annual Speech. In 2021, this festive event went virtual.
How?
How do you get 15 management members to speech with respect for the distance rules? Simple, we built a green key studio where we welcomed them one by one. Every speaker was able to choose a virtual background, from “The Matrix” to French Polynesia. Apart from the speeches, viewers were also able to enjoy an interactive quiz, a selfie-challenge, aperitif and DJ-set.
Results?
A 92% attendance ratio and 87% satisfaction score! A very satisfied customer.
